Kevin Morrison, owner of NCSPSA contracted me to design his website (that he is currently using) and never paid the balance. He wrote a check for $750.00 that wouldn't cash as the funds were not in the account. He then changed his server password information and stopped taking my calls. He stole services and time from me to build a website for his business. If this is how he does business I would NOT trust him with my child's college planning.

It seems like we can add ourselves as another victim of Kevin Morrision. We live in southern california Kevin had contacted us from a football camp our son attended in Fullerton. He came out and met with us and was very convincing about how he could help our son play football in college. The first week or so he was very good about sending emails, returning phone calls, etc. After paying him - the contact has been limited to a few emails and 1 phone call.
As of late both phone numbers we have for Kevin are no longer working. We heard from a source that he
supposedly is opening an office in Texas? Fresh set of people to scam? I hope people read this before spending their hard earning money on a scam. Shame on Kevin Morrison for scamming families and especially the kids that are counting on his help.
