national enforcement agency llc paul coulis ,paul coulis will not honor life time credentials from the old owner bob burton the life membership was 24

i had been refused by paul coulis to honor a life time membership in the national enforcement agency the previous owner bob burton gave me that member ship it cost 240.00 and paul tells me that he will not honor the life time membership he said i have to pay 95.00 a year to be a member he will never answer the phone and his credentials almost got me put in jail when i made a bail arrest the police told me that they looked like they came out of a cracker jack box and they were not valid when i went before the judge i got a 400.00 fine for presenting false and improper documents to an officer the judge told me to throw the away and get my money back that was the paul coulis identifacations not the bob burton ones the bob burton credentials were good. i talked to an attorney and he told me if i bought into a membership before paul took over than paul has to honor them the attorney said when paul bought the company the name is still the same the only thing he changed was the llc. paul has never made a bail bust and he has little knowledge of his own business but he has lots of knowledge of how to fraud money out of people be carefull and dont get caught with his credentials it will cost you even mor to pay the fines and possibly go to jail

i think this man paul coulis should be investigated more deeply before one decides to pay into a membership and get credentials that have less authority than a sales reciept. the nibe organazation is just as bad i finally got a good start and got the backing to open up my own bail enforcement business it was more easy getting licensed to conduct my own business than it was getting fake identifacations from the national enforcement agency paul coulis

paul has to honor any one that bought credentials before he bought into the business i did some investigating on paul and he has not a clue at the responsabilities of owing a bogis business thats why he should change his name to paul clueless it takes more to conduct a businbess than to send out fake ids that will cost you more in the long run he claims to be a phd so he should do that and leave the bail jobs to people that knpw what is really going on
