|This fraud company stole my identity somehow, took 99.00 from my bank account. i dont know who these ppl are but im on a mission to exploit them. Ive filed a complaint wh bank and local police as well as the BBB. also im contacting local and national media to these criminals. I hope these ppl get what they deserve. i will NOT STOP TIL I SEEK JUSTICE|

I researched through the google website to rebuild my credit. I visited this website; http://www.creditcards.com/bad-credit.php. Somehow, you received my information and processed an application. I never accepted your offer for a membership. Furthermore, a line of credit for products is not what I desired. There were no intelligible terms given to establish a sufficient offer. Moreover, any offer not accepted at the time of the loan should be deemed rejected, AND not accepted. However, on June 27, 2010 - National Platinum through Public Savings Bank debited my account for $99.95. This is unacceptable considering I never accepted your offer.
I spoke with Brenda and R.J. Ford at your customer service number. I was informed that my only two options were to cancel the membership (without a refund) or file a police report for fraud. I have filed a police report with the San Diego Police department and I have closed my bank account. However, it is unclear how a company can believe that they are well within the law to defraud individuals by failing to provide the terms of a contract and then subsequently fail to receive an acceptance of those terms. Moreover, how a company can hold a person to be bound to those terms.
