I received a call about a week ago by this company... It just so happened that we had just purchased a new credit card machine a week prior to the call.. They called in regards to this machine and they just wanted to verify the machine number, i was under the impression that they were sending over this package of 12 rolls of thermal paper and 50 cleaning cards because it came included with the purchase of the machine. never in the conversation did they discuss any cost for this product. So i received the package and actually had not opened it until i began receiving calls from this company once again that i needed to make a payment imediatly or they were going to send my order to a collections agency and that it will go on my credit. I explained that i had never discussed cost with this company so i was not going to pay for anything, and he said that if that were the case i should have refused the package or returned it within 30days.. i explained that i had not returned it because i was unaware that there was a cost for this package as it was not explained in the package. he stated that the invoice was in the package and if i had opened it i would have seen it and would have returned it.. so i opened the package and all that this so called invoice said was how many rolls and cards they had sent over once again it did not have a price for this product nor did it state that it was to be returned if i did not want it.. i have asked to speak to his manager or supervisor many times and he refuses to transfer the call.. or he says "ok let me transfer" then he comes back on the line stating how his manager said for him to take care of it that its his case and there's no way that she can assist me.. what type of manager is that.. he says shes out to meetings out to lunch, etc and just does not have the time.. so when i ask that he have her call me he says that she will not do so because that's not how this company works. i simply keep getting the run around from this company when i'm trying to find a solution if that is not bad enough he very rudely hung up on me on our last phone call. so when he called again this morning i advised him that i did not want to speak with him because he has been extremely unprofessional and that hanging up on me in the middle of a call was un-called for.. his response "sorry those were not my intentions but that conversation with you was going nowhere" what kind of company would handle a situation such as this one in that manner... so bottom line these people are still calling me. does anyone have any ideas as to how i can put an end to all of this.
