National Security National Security, TP - SCAM ARTIST SCAM ARTIST, Took my money and ran!!! Internet

I answered an ad on craigslist for Security positions. I was advised they had a lot of positions available and I was looking for something part time. So I went into the City for an interview.

It was brought to my attention that I needed to give them $80 for an application fee. Then I had to give them $180 more for training classes and the promise of a job.

Once I passed my test, I was asked to come back to the office a week later. When I went there, I showed my license and was asked to come back next week. The next week came and I went all the way into the city again. They asked to see my license and said come back next week same time.

I said "wait a minute, it's $30 train fare everytime I come into the city, what is the next step?" So they said you know what, take this address and get there before 2pm. So I went to the address they gave me and when I got there at noon, the woman there said she only sees people Monday through Thursday. Not Fridays.

So I went there for nothing. I called the guy from the agency and explained what happened and he said he would call me back. I never heard from him again.

Please be careful, do not pay for a job, they should be paying you. Do not pay "cash" for anything. If you can't use your card or check, don't move forward with it.

This company is a scam. You are paying this company to find you a job that never is, instead of companies paying these guys to find employees for them.

Waste of time and money!!!

I actually got some certificates from the company. You're not paying for the job, but you're paying for TRAINING and PLACEMENT. It's a very simple process that should be easily understood. Sorry you had an unfortunate experience. All people have to do is read the contract carefully.

There is no scam going on. The entire story seems to be fabricated. The fact of the matter is that when the call was returned, you either missed it or decided it wasn't important enough to pick up. All you have to do is call the company back in order to settle things the appropriate and mature way.
