Received package with packing slip, no instructions, no deadline to either send back product Rg nano gel skin product or renew your order. Checked my bank balance & fainted @ the price for renewal "after 12 day trial" which was never advertised in shipping or online order for $94.95 on an ATM machine.
Advertised trial order was $4.95 for shipping. I received this free order after 5 days in an envelope
with no instructions on how to use this product or send back instructions. Called the company & he
started giving me the runaround, but stated he would only charge me $24.95 for my convenience.
What a ripoff!! |

| I'm the same as the above people - thought I was getting a trial of the Beri Ultimate Pro for only the cost of postage. Have now had £80 debited from my account and am getting the capsules monthly. I need to cancel this, but have no idea how. Any help appreciated. |

i have just noticed $109.02 transaction on my credit card. i did not sign up for monthly delivery only for a free trial but they took my credit card details for postage, this is obviously a scam. also have had no deliveries of any more capsules nor do i want any, can anyone help?

| i returned to you on the 18 october 2011 one jar of Beri Ultimate Pro for which i never asked for, i only wanted the sample bottle which you advertised and NO more . Like all of you I have had exactly the same experience. It is nothing other than a complete scam. Try phoning them on (UK 0207 979 7832) and tell them (politely, yes, I know it is hard to be polite when you feel you have been scammed) explaining that you want this stopped and ask them the correct procedure to send the product back. Also enclose a letter with your returns telling them you do not want any more products and to stop charging your credit card. This is what I am in the process of doing and will update as it progresses.

Hi! I ordered only a REVIVAGENIX from you, Natural Health PRODUCTS in September and nothing else.
But I received my Bank statement this week, end of Nov, and I saw that you have taken £84.97 from my Account..WHY? I did not order anything else, so I WOULD ASK YOU TO REFUND ME THIS AMOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. When I phoned your Office in UK, they asked me to return the product rec. in Sept. IS THIS POSSIBLE? | I ordered a special offer trial Revivagenix and Purasilk which had a special price of under £6.00 from NATURAL HEALTH PRODUCTS about 2 weeks ago, I had a phone call this morning from my banks anti-fraud team saying that a payment for £87 had been attempted on my account. After contacting my bank they told me the website that tried to take the payment - NATURAL HEALTH PRODUCTS. luckily my bank was on the ball and blocked this payment. My card has now been permanently blocked and I am awaiting a new one. Scamming W*****S !!!. |
