Netload or Netload.in is a file hosting service in Frankfurt Germany. I signed up for an annual premium account and paid via Paypal. Because I found a better alternative, I wanted to take advantage of my right to revoke the contract but the seller doesn't yet respond to email requesting cancellation of the contract within 30 days. I have filed a dispute with Paypal escalating it to a claim after Netload did not respond. But Paypal rejected the claim on the following grounds:

Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It
does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods

Revocation You can revoke your contract if you are a consumer within one month without need to give reasons in writing (e-mail, mail, fax). We will notify you again about this cancelation separately in writing. This period begins the day after the creation of the contract if you are at that point that all the necessary information received according to the law and all the specific requirements for electronic commerce are met. Your revocation right expires if we have started the termination of the service before the end of the revocation period with your explicit consent or you yourself have let this expire. To guarantee the right to revoke it is sufficient if you send the revocational notice in time.
