New Generation Management Katelynn Place STOLEN DEPOSIT Portland, Indiana
14th of Jan, 2013 by User612808
This place decided to refuse a walk through upon move-out even though requested. Then proceeded to take 53.00 out of my deposit for: (2) blinds 15.00
(1) screen 20.00
(3) light-bulbs 3.00 The blinds were damaged upon moving in and pictures were provided to them. I also never opened any of the windows while living at this location and therefore should never had a screen "missing." I also put CFL though out the entire apartment about a month prior to move out. They also conducted a few inspections while living there and which nothing above was mentioned. The last place I lived also gave me 400 out of a 350 deposit since the unit was left in such good shape. I have filed a small claim against this place and plan on doing everything possible to let everyone know what a dishonest place this before considering doing business with them.
