This a gaming company that i found about 1 year ago. I started playing thier game called Vindictus and turned out to be an alright and amusing game to spend some time on. Well in the last 2 months 100's of players account have been getting hacked due to the poor security on thier website. My account finaly became a casualty to this hacking spree and they wiped my caracter off all the stuff i had aquired over the year of playing this game. I had spent about $200 over the year to upgrade my wepons and gear using thier in game NX purchase system to do so. So all the gear and wepons that were upgraded where stolen or destroyed by the hacker so i put in a "suport ticket" to the company through thier website witch has gone un answered for well over 1 month with no update to me on what they will be doing to rectify this problem. So basicaly the money i have spent to uprade my character was nothing more then a waste. They have no phone #'s listed on the site for costomer server and they dont offer any adress either. This company is a compleate scam and have done nothing to help or fix my compromised account leaving me no choise but to tell others to stay away from this company..DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. I hope that future people introduced to this company read the reports found on this website before they decide to purchase any in game items because there is absolutely no support or customer service for this company. They will definately take your money but if there is any problems there is no way to contact them. You can put in a "ticket" but they go un answered.
