Beware when dealing with this company! They did not deliver my daughter's prom dress, which was ordered after speaking with their customer service person, who assured dress would be made and delivered on time. She called me a liar! Their website changes at whim to suit their lies. In early April, we found a prom dress for my daughter. The website claimed 2-3 weeks delivery but I phoned the company to ensure we could have it in time for a May 6 prom. The gruff and surly customer service woman said as long as the order was received by April 4, it would be with us May 6. First lie! This dress was made to measure and we paid $275.72 -- as of May 2, no dress and no comment from the company. Phone calls were not answered. I faxed them my query and received an email saying they did not know where the dress was. Two days later, they said it would ship on Thursday. No other details! Today, they still do not know if it has shipped and they have arbritrarily cancelled the order rather than help make this right. Customer Service also threatened me with additional charges if I refused delivery -- not even sure delivery has happened! My experience with this company has been dismal. Surly service, name-calling, they delete my warnings about my experience on their Facebook page when I only speak the truth. I would caution anyone considering dealing with this company to not do so but to seek garments elsewhere. They're just not worth the trouble. They have ruined my daughter's prom, aggravated me, and have no remorse whatsoever. Additionally, when I first looked into ordering, their website said dresses were made locally in the Darlington area; this has now been changed to reflect one truth -- that these dresses are made in China. If I had known that, I would not have ordered in the first place and, indeed, I went over their website with a fine toothcomb in the first place to ensure this was not the case. BEWARE!!!
