poor customer service

I ordered a Chipper Jones Jersey for my husband on October 17, 2011. I was charged $47.60 for the jersey that i paid with my card. Of course the charge showed up on my account, so I naturally thought my payment had processed and my order was going to be shipped soon. I never received an email confirming my purchase, I never received an email about my payment confirmation, nothing. After about a week of no information given about my order I emailed their so called customer service TWICE about how I had not received a word about where my purchase was. After waiting another week, I sent a couple more emails basically demanding my purchase. I have not received any kind of return email, and still, I have not received my purchase. I am very dissapointed and upset that I was basically stolen from. I cannot afford to just lose $50 and my husband will not get a good birthday gift because of this stupid website.
