I worked for Renee slater who is sub contracted with NoMac co. She Was in-charge of the start up cleaning at the man camp located in Sayre pa next to masco. i was told the job would last for 1 week. the starting pay was $10.00 hr if you did a good job there was possible employment after words. i worked 4 days cleaning the man camp busting my butt. well she sat there laughing laying on furniture. on the 2nd day i went to Renee and told her i have a rash on my hands its hard to bend them. i need gloves she told me to bring my own. i later found out i had chemical burn. after 2 weeks of pain and redness on both hands. that Thursday she told me i was a hard worker and she could use me for another job. i excepted the offer. it was cleaning the NoMac offices. that Thursday she took me over to train she told me the job would pay $100.00 a night and you only clean on Tuesdays and Thursdays. after that night she she told me the days she trained me shes only paying me $50.00 a night. i still excepted that offer. she trained me two nights i cleaned by myself the other 4 nights she showed up for 3 of 4 nights she didn't work and she showed up late. she just watched me work. she brought a friend named jen witch also worked with us at the man camp. witch didn't do work either just sat and texted and chated with Renee but still got paid for working... when i ask her when i was getting my check she told me shes paying cash so its only like $8.00 a night for the nights i cleaned the man camp. when i asked her how is she taking money out for taxes when i never gave her my social security number or no other info and i didn't fill out tax papers she then told me she was talking to her hubson that works at hoppies and told him it would just be easyier if i did my own and i told her thats my plain ill take care of my own taxes she just pays me money she owes me. she told me ill get paid in a week. the end of the week i texted her and asked about my money she told me she didn't have it.. shed have it by the 18th then 2 weeks later Renee texts me and says dont forget to clean the nomac offices tonight. and she will have half the money she owes me that Sunday. i asked her Saturday if she had it early i would be in that area she told me no so Sunday i asked her where we are gonna meet so i could get money she owes me and i asked her if she will have the 350 that she owes me for the nomac offices she told me she had a check and couldn't cash it till Monday so she told me to meet her Monday at 2pm. at walmart in Sayre pa. so Monday came around i got ahold of her and she told me she wasnt at walmart yet she will be up in the area around 5:30 pm. as the time got close she texted me again and told me shes be late it would be like 6:30 and she told me then she only has a 100.00 for me and would pay me everything else on sat. i told her im not going to work anymore for her if she doesn't pay me in getting iffy about things its been a mouth and i have no money. i told her i want all my money that night Monday. she told me she doesn't have it the 100 shes going to give me shes going to take outta the money to feed her kids. i wasnt happy about not getting all my money but nothing i could do so i was going to meet her anyways for the 100.00 at 6 well before 6 came around she text me again telling me family emergency she cant come meet her Tuesday at 8:30am at walmart. i wake up at 7 get ready and by 8 i text her asking her if shes there she told me no she dont have the money she will give me everything on Saturday.. when i told her i want my money i herd of other people she riped off i told her ill call it even with 550.00 she argued about the money i told her i have messages proving she told me shed pay me 10.00hr and a $100.00 a night for the nights i clean at nomac. after arguments i gave up. told her id see her saturday.. well saturday came i finally meet her i take my boyfriend case theres any trouble. she pulls up i jump out she hands money thur the window before i could count it and see its all there she pulled away leavin me stand there i looked and not all the money was there she only gave me $340.00 she still owed me 210.00 or pluse some but i would just be happy with the 210.00 i had bills to pay i was banking on that money.. i told her in right away as i texted her to turn around its short she owes me the moneys wrong she kept driving.. when she gets back to me she told me she doesnt have a problem with giving me the rest the money but id have to wait til monday when her hubson comes home. well monday came around and she told me lies upon lie of reason why she wont give me the money. i have it all in text messages saved on my phone. she owes me 210.00 and everyday i wait i should be owes 20.00 bucks more. or untill it reaches 1,000 to be fair. shes causing me pain. stress and time i lost and i cant get back i turned down a job thinking the job she gave me would be fine and i didnt get paid.. now that job is takin and im without money and bill or pilling up.
