I took out a monthly membership, they took a years payment. after looking & attempting to use the service i tried to cancel, they stated that as i tried it i had to pay the £150.00 and it was tough luck. I tried to claim it back from my bank but was unable to. I have informed trading standards and the police.
The service was useless, everyone you emailed you were blocked or bounced immediately, I informed their customer service who said they are unable to control members, but ripping them off for £150.00 & not providing the service you signed up for they can get away with. the web & their companies directors charged with internet fraud & closed down. People should be aware of this scam & I will do everything in my power to advertise them as fraudsters.
