|I called and ordered this product on 4/26/11, then I called and cancelled on 5/6/11. I returned the product on 5/26/11, with-in the 30days of cancellation and now they are charging me the $79.99 cause I didn't return with-in the first 30 orginal days and that is not what there website says.|
This is there return policy and I followed there instruction and now I'm getting billed for the product after i returned it.
Quick Detox tablets may be returned (1) in the case of trial product, within 30 days after cancelling your enrollment before the end of your Trial Period, to avoid further charges or (2) in the case of any order, for exchange due to shipping damage. Please follow these instructions when making product returns.
For all returns: To return product to NutraSlim, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ('RMA') number by contacting the Customer Care Department at 1-877-812-7393 or by visiting us online at tryquickdetox.com/orderstatus
An RMA number can ONLY be obtained by contacting the Customer Care Department by phone or by visiting our website.
1. We cannot process or exchange Product marked 'Return to Sender.'
2. To ensure that your account is correctly noted, you must send back product returns to the address provided below along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.
3. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items be sent using some type of third party delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for all returns.
To Return Trial Product: To avoid further charges, your trial bottle must be returned, even if empty, within 30 days after you cancel your order during your Trial Period. Returned trial product must be sent to the following address:

For Exchange Due to Shipping Damage: For returns of damaged product, we will ship a replacement order out to you as soon as our warehouse receives your damaged product. Orders will be delivered via USPS. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept requests for alternate shipping methods. Please be sure to include your Customer ID# within the address as shown below. Your Customer ID# can be found in all corresponding e-mails from Trynutraslim.com, as well as on the shipping label of the product you received from us.

|Appalling company - similar situation but the link and headline info I strated with specified a 30 day trial although their small print says 14 day trial. Either way they have taken my money and already sent me another batch which I have returned AGAIN.|
Really misleading terms and conditions and although I have done everything right and will still hopefully get my full refund I am appalled at the way they advertise the product (which by the way is useless) and how they advertise the trial period and refund policies.
There are too many contradictions on their site and I for one would recommend everyone to steer clear of both Nutraslim and quickdetox (same company).
|I actually did ship mine back within the allotted time however, they are claiming not to have received it. When I provided the USPS tracking number they told me this was no good because they can only track a USPS to a zip code and that I should have gotten delivery confirmation.|
What a joke.
|On May 7, 2011 Nutra Slim debited my checking account for $79.99 twice for a total of $159.98. This was done weeks before the "trial" ended and without any knowledge to me. I have called them constantly not only to cancel future orders but for the refund they still owe me. I received another shipment shortly after and immediately sent it back with an RMA # and Post Office Confirmation Receipt. They received that return on May 18th and STILL have not issued me a refund. |
Each time I call, I'm promised a credit within 14 days. I have received NOTHING and this has been going on since MAY! They are quick to take your money but it's a fight to get it back.They suck big time.
|Im another one in the same position, cancelled my order within the alloted time and was sent another batch?? So i quickly checked my account...2x full debits (59.99) taken. This was in MAY!!!|
I returned the products with the RMA recorded relivery and tracked the parcel and was promised a refund for the full amount...HMMM
2 weeks later a further 2 x 1.99?? was taken, I contacted them again and was informed that this was an error and would be refunded...I was within 2 days..not for the full 4 payments but 2 x 1.99.
I contacted them again and was told that the transactions between banks can take time, funny how the small amounts took 2 days yet the amount I am waiting for has still not arrived.
I emailed them again yesterday and stated that if the money was not credited to my account wthin 5 days I would be contacting trading standards and Watchdog and will be asking to speak to the Manager as the service I have received is appaling, and I can NEVER get through on the phone!!
It is now MId August and still out of pocket!
|My partner ordered the sample and they turned up fine, she started taking them but she found they were giving her funny side effects like nausea and dizziness so she stopped taking after a week. We cancelled the subsequent bottle that turned up. We obtained a returns no. from Nutraslim and sent them back recorded delivery to receive a full refund of £60.00. I phoned on her behalf to make sure they had received them and they had, this was the 12th July 2011, they informed me the money would be refunded within 7-10 working days. This did not happen. On the 22nd July we went to italy to see my family for 2 weeks when we returned on the 7th August money still hadn't been refunded, I called them again, this time i had a rude incompetent man tell me its actually 6 weeks for a refund to be issued, I then had an argument saying I was quoted 7-10 days and he had no answer to this. Asked to speak to a manager as I have every time I have phoned them and they are never available "always in a meeting", I finished the phone cal lwith the man telling me categorically it should be refunded by the 23rd August 2011 as that was the 6 week lead time. Today is the 23rd and guess what... no money. Phoned them again this morning and the girl was about as much use as a chocolate teapot. Still couldn't speak to a manager, he is still in a meeting. asked for her address in the states and she tried to tell me she was based in Co. Antrim, Ireland, thats where she slipped up as last night spoke to a different bloke who confirmed he was in the states and that he was there until 11pm UK time. Once she realised her slip up she tried to change the conversation. Not only are Nutraslim a pack of liars but so are their staff, there is no consistencey, I am not going to let this drop and neither should anyone else. Never try and phone before 10am as they are not open. This is the biggest scam i have come across on a global scale and something needs to be done. I could tell you alot more but don't want to bore you all. Good luck to everyone|

|same here oredered 1trial bottle next ting i know theve taken £59.99 from my account since aprill i have been battling with them.yes it is funny how they can easily refund £1.95 times 2 so easily just like they did with me but its takes months months for big amounts.i tink will never get our money back because when you call them they just keep people waiting saying next week and following week andcorporate office i mean who the bloddy hell are they but reality is THEY ARE A RIPP OFF SCAM lets face it guys who ever is falling for this becomes a victim and we are never gonna get our money back.lets just hope we dont repaeat the same mistake again and buy slimming products online on ANY other site because there all the same.we should all try to close this thing down they are crossing the line|
