| I responded to an online website claiming to be NutraSlim UK, which offered to provide a "free" two-week trial of a "healthy" weight-loss drug. I was to pay only for shipping, which was something like 5.00. If I liked the product, I would automatically receive a month's supply and be charged 59.99; which would continue every month until cancelled. If I didn't like the product after two weeks, I could simply cancel via the online website and by sending back the bottle. When I did not receive any product after two weeks, I tried contacting the company, first by the UK telephone number provided. No one answered, and there was no way to leave a message. I tried numerous times, different times of day and night, and there was NEVER any answer. I then tried the US number, and again, no one EVER answered the phone. I then tried emailing them, via their website "24 hour, 7 days per week" support address. I explained I never received the product, and asked for help. I wrote three of four emails, over the course of two weeks, and received no response whatsoever. Now I was seriously worried. I contacted my bank, explained the situation and asked for their advice. My bank suggested that I cancel the card that provided my bank details (this was requested in order to receive the free two-week trial, and I, naively and stupidly, provided it to NutraSlim UK). My bank believed that I had been scammed. They also suggested I email [email protected] and demand in no uncertain terms a cancellation, which I did. And of course, I received no response from Nutraslim. After cancelling my credit card back in April and doing everything suggested by my bank, I believed the matter was over. But it wasn't. In June my bank account was debited 59.99 by "NutraSlim.com"! So I was billed for a product I never received, despite numerous attempts to contact them by email and by phone, and desite my cancellation email. I contacted my bank, shocked that a closed account could be debited, and because my bank has full details of everything that transpired earlier, they are happy to refund me; but they have explained that this may still not be over, that the nefarious "NutraSlim UK" may still come after me, and that I must keep a close eye on my bank account. It is infuriating to know that someone out there is making money on people like myself who bought into their bogus website, despite bank refunds. It does amaze me that banks do not pursue these creeps for their own financial loss when they issue refunds. I can only hope that they eventually do. In the meantime, PLEASE don't be conned by these low-lifes, people. This cannot be a genuine website, and if some sort of drug is indeed being dispensed by them, God only knows what's inside it. |

| I have suffered exactly the same scam and to date they have taken 3x£59.99 from my credit card account. When it was taken I did not even have that amount of credit left on my card and I cancelled it immediately and phoned the bank fraud squad. They say they cannot do anything because of the way the nutraslim terms and conditions are set out. I was advised to pursue the merchant direct, which I did. I was told that if I sent the tablets back to them, all monies wouldbe refunded within 5-7 business days. Some hopes, they received and signed for the parcel on 14/07/11, and I am still waiting and unable to e.mail them or phone. Oddly enough the package was signed by a SMITH...I think that says it all ! Haven't a clue what to do next because scammers seem to be winners, but at least I have learnt a valuable and costly lesson. |

Nutra Slim & Quick Detox UK are total Fraudsters, I never even used the products, I returned the free trial as I had second thoughts having seen back ffedback about them, although I cancelled my account straight away I went on to recieve 6 further bottles, which they sent me and I had tracking delivery reciept when I returned all bottles to them (if you dont have this they wont even discuss a refund with you).
In total they have debited £419.93 from my account, they have lied repeatedly, told me I will be refunded in full the first time I called, but for the last 4 months I have recieved nothing other than a £1.95 refund!! They recently accused me of being a liar and stated that they have never spoken to me on previous occaisions and I might get £119.00 back in 6-10 weeks, year right pigs might fly!!!
I have now refered it to the fraud department at my credit card company who will pursue them. Stay away from them!!! |

| I have received tabs for £4:95 then noticed 3 lots of £59:99 have gone out of my bank I am already struggling then you have these so called people ripping you off left right and centre. I am also struggling with a dud car so all this is breaking me. |
