For the month of December I recieved $150 when I should have recieved $200/$250. When I called the support office I was told he only gets paid bi-weekly & that is all I will get.

Since when can a court order just be blown off & not followed? There was no modifaction done, no change to the order. $50/$100 may not seem like a lot but for 2 kids it is. He pays as little as he can, doesn't buy anything else,no clothes, no food nothing. He doesn't even talk to them.

When I asked why his arrears were going down I was told because we don't add missed arrears back on. If I owe a bill for $200 & I only pay $150 I get hit with late charges why not him? I got the same answer he wasn't short he missed his arrear payment, yes one that is court ordered to be paid each week until paid off.

At the very least they could have left his arrear amount alone, but instead they lowered it.

Now I get the old song & dance of we can't take what he doesn't have he has to live too. Are they kidding me? This so called person can buy $10 packs of smokes, all the beer & drugs he wants & gets help from everyone. Who is helping my kids? Not NY State.
