Oceans Lab MMS Solutions Company Theft, Fraud. Internet

I ordered some products on the Oceans Lab website on 2/16/2011 on the amount of $96.79. MMS Solutions withdrew the $96.79 from my checking account 2/19/2011. I thought it rather odd that I did not receive an email receipt or verification of purchase. However, I decided to give it a week and wait for it to arrive in the mail. After an 8 day wait, I logged onto my account on their website to inquire about where my order is. It said awaiting fulfillment so I thought it must be on back order. I waited a few more days and then when it still said "awaiting fulfillment" I attempted to call their phone number. I got a voicemail stating their hours, and to leave a message and they will contact me. After 2 more days, I tried calling them again, it said, please wait while your call is being transferred. I was never transferred to anyone. I logged on to my account on Oceans Labs website, on 3/18/2011 and cancelled the order that was still "awaiting fulfillment". I asked them to refund my money to my checking account. Within two days, the order status changed to "Order Error" however, my money was never refunded to me. I have been unable to reach the company through repeated phone calls or repeated inquiries through their website. This company is a TOTAL SCAM!

was frauded out of a bio cellular analysis test I should have checked them out first as I see all negative reports

I sent my bio cellular analysis yesterday via UPS and paid for 10:30 am delivery ($39). I checked on the delivery today and UPS tried to deliver it at 10:13 AM and no one was there. What kind of business is this???
I'm a cancer survivor and usually have had this testing done the past 4 years by Spectracell out of Houston TX - and my insurance pays for this testing. I fear I have been had by this company. Fortunately I paid via credit card and they can fight for me.

Same thing happened to me! Placed order on July 4, 2011, allowed a couple extra days for processing due to the holiday. Now on July 15, 2011 after looking into my account online the order is still 'awaiting processing'. I've tried calling the company several times only to get the voice mail recording telling me to leave a message. This company dinged my account for $62.80 for 2 combo packs of MMS -special deal!. I should have checked online for fraud reports on this company first. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
