okayshops.com claire Purchased/Pasid via Western Union and NEVER Rec'd products, Internet

i went to the website called from craigslist.com , they sell everything, and there is a little costumer service called claire and you can ask all the questions on the chat, she said the shipping cost is 30 dollars, and no extra charges, and she said it takes 5 days to receive, you have 14 days if you are not satisfied they return the money back, she said as soon as they receive the money they give you tracking number of the item, i purchased an ipod 168.dollars and + 3o dollars for shipping, and sent the western union, and we kept in touch with emails , she received the money and i asked her tracking number she said it when customs receive it at port they gonna give us tracking number, i waited till the next day and ,i asked for tracking number the next day. i never heard from her. I emailed he several times and chat but no response, i want my money back , but no answer from them. i asked to give me a number to conatct her and no answer, she never got back to me. it is amazing that you purchase and get communication during purchase and until they receive MTCN number of Western union then they do not communicate. They are thieves!!!!!!!!! This is the exact situation that happen to customer posted on 5/29/11

I was just wondering if you ever received the item you paid for, as I have also purchased an item on May 28/11 and have encountered the same problem...I have tried sending numerous emails, messages on chat whenever I see Claire online, but have not received any response...just recently when I checked their website it wasn't under okayshops name but elecnice, and when I sent a message through chat to "Aimee" she did answer me but could not give me an answer regarding my item as I did not purchase the item thru her but thru Claire and according to Aimee there is no way to check the status of any order even if you give the order number that was given you...and that Claire is on vacation to Europe for 2 weeks.
