2008 Jeep Patriot Was told they was going to charge me $110 just look at the vehicle if they didnt do the work. I was given a Quoted price over the phone. After I got there price was higher. He said I was told the quote was before taxes.
He did not say that!
For what the price was after I got there. I told them for that I would have said NO to work!
For the ending price I would have taken the vehicle somewhere else or done the work myself.
They wouldnt ever discuss the cost of parts, shop rates. By this time I am getting very upset with the way you handle your business. The service department would not even discuss the issue.
The service departments only care was getting the money before they would let me have my vehicle.
Unless you want to take over my payments from the bank for this vehicle. This vehicle belongs to me. They told me that the work was done and they werent going to let me have my vehicle until I paid in full.
Its my vehicle; I am making the payments to the Bank. At this point I am stuck. I had to come up with the whole payment.
I have only this one vehicle which I purchased from this dealership. I have purchase other vehicles from this Dealer ship alone with other business transactions.
I will never purchase or do business from this dealer ship or recommend to anyone to ever do business from this place ever again. This vehicle only had 50,000 miles on it and the ball joint where both bad.
I was told there reason for this, is they eventually go bad. They dont go bad on a street vehicle with 50,000 miles.
This is by far the cheapest made vehicle and the worst sneaky service department service experience I have ever received in my life. I have taken you Dealer name off of this vehicle.
I am starting out by sending this letter to the Better Business Bureau, Chrysler Jeep. Driving to work the next day I almost wrecked 4 different times because of their work.
I am affraid to drive this vehical now. Looking for someone else to fix their work.
