I received a coupon for onestopplus.com and ordered a few items. It stated the order would be delivered by Dec. 18th. On Dec. 17th, I noticed it still stated processing to ship and contacted them. They let me know the coupon was invalid and only meant for another store they represent; Chadwicks, so they cancelled all the orders and were not able to contact the people who made the orders to let them know as they didn't feel it was their responsibility to do so and that Chadwicks should have done that! How would Chadwicks of known the orders were made when they went through onestopplus.com I asked and they couldn't give me an answer!



I decided one more time to try to place an order with them as I did like a couple of the items I had originally ordered and had a different coupon they had emailed me in a newsletter. I put the order in on Dec. 23 and it stated my order would be delivered by Dec. 31st at the latest. I called today, Monday, Dec. 27th as again it still shows processing to ship and I was notified it would not arrive by Dec. 31st. It was shipping out tomorrow and takes 6 - 10 days to arrive! I let the agent know that I specifically placed this order for 3 woman for outfits for New Years Eve and since it wasn't arriving in time I needed to cancel my order. She said that it can't be cancelled either now! I said why not if it hasn't shipped and she said they just dont allow it! I said so are upgrading my shipping to ensure it arrives by Dec. 31st and she said no, they can't do that either now as once it reaches a processing for shipment point it can't be changed. I said it was promised to arrive by Dec. 31st and since it hasn't shipped there has to be a way to upgrade my shipping or cancel my order and she said no there just isn't. They don't allow it. I asked her if I could refuse my order with no penalty and she said yes but I saw on other sites when someone tried to refuse it; they charged their card on file for the return shipping so I am saving the notes from my conversation with the live support to ensure they reverse any return shipping charges they may try to charge me. Do not use this company! It does not appreciate it's customers or stand beside it's shipping dates or coupon errors.
