Online Trade Training
Online Trade Training money taken, no refund given when requested internet
14th of May, 2011 by User469528
I saw this website on national news. I thought I would try it out. After I had paid for it and 24 hours of thought, I requested a refund. What I've received so far is this: "Can you please let me know how many chapters you've read of our Essential Applied Internet Marketing certification manual? We require our students to read the certification manual, speak to their mentors, and actually trying to apply themselves before we can offer a refund. You've barely been a member for one day and now you want your money back." AND after I said I had an emergency in my life I got this: "Can you please describe your situation in detail?
What happened and how is it related to the $97 certification program? We can get you certified within a week probably and being paid to post links. I will make sure to put you ahead in the queue due to your emergency situation." and THEN I said no I will not be describing my life to a perfect stranger I got this: "In that case I'm afraid you will have to try the certification program before I can apply a refund. We can not offer a refund to any customer who at least doesn't try the program. You simply need to read the first two chapters and provide me a summary of both, and we can get the evaluation process
started so you can begin posting links and getting paid for them. " This company posts everyone earns money who tries they're program.... They say I have to read two chapters. Then try it for 0 days. OF course they do because they don't issue refunds. There's no clear evidence I'll get my money back. They've ripped me off my money, as a single parent I decide this wasn't for me and now I'm out a h8undred dollars. Thank you good morning america for posting how awesome this was....not. RIPOFFED.

replying to a craigslist ad, i got this letter today:

Sorry for not replying before, I had actually offered this to the first person that emailed me but she hasnt gotten back to me. Are you still interested?

I have to go to a meeting at my daughter's school tomorrow but then I'll be home for a couple days. Just let me know when you'll be around.

Hey,

I am so sorry... the other person just replied, and it seems her first email landed in my junk folder and I just never saw it. I feel really bad..

You know, if you're interested, I've been making really good money with this home income program and they've just opened up 2 more positions in our area. Basically you make money by posting links online, it's really easy and you can just do it while watching TV.

Here is the link if you want to check it out:

http://www.consumersweekly360.com/?article=251036

I've earned about $500 every week since I began… not enough to quit my job yet but I actually have some spare money in my bank account lol. My sister is planning on signing up later and these positions usually go fast, so I'd appreciate it if you didn't share the link with anyone else.

Thanks alot and again, really sorry about the whole messup…

Hey,

I am very VERY sorry.. the first person just replied back again, it seems her first message landed in the junk box and I missed it. I feel like such a jerk...

You know, if it helps any, I've been making really good money with this work at home program and they've just opened up 2 more positions in our area. Basically you earn money by posting links on the internet, its really simple and I just do it while watching TV.

I've made about $700 a week since I began… not enough to leave my job yet but I actually have some spare money in my checking account lol. My sister is planning on signing up later and these positions usually go fast, so Id really appreciate it if you don't give the link to anyone else.

Thanks alot and again, really sorry about the whole mess up…

You know, if it's any consolation, I've been making very good money with this work at home program and they just opened up 3 more positions in our area. Basically you make money by posting links on the internet, its very simple and I usually just do it while watching TV.

I just moved from san diego to san antonio and have been desperately looking for a job. I was going through craigslist jobs and this is the response I got from a job I applied to .. looks similar to one above!! I was so close to entering my cc info but decided to read more on it ... AND THANK GOD I DID!!

You know, there might actually be an alternative that may be good for you until you find a job. I probably shouldn't mention this, but I've been earning very good money with this work at home program and they just opened up 2 more positions in our area. Basically you make money by posting links online, its very easy and you can just do it while watching TV.

Here's the link if you want to read about it:

I've made about $600 each week since I started… not enough to leave my job here or anything yet but I finally have some spare money in my checking account lol. My sister is planning on signing up later and these positions usually go fast, so I'd appreciate it if you dont give the link to anyway else. I'd also prefer that you don't let my boss know about this if you do end up working here :)

Hope this helps some, & good luck with the job search.

I feel bad for those of you who had a negative experience with this program. I joined with an optimistic attitude. I'm not the most savvy when it comes to the internet or the computer in general so it was hard for me at first to understand the lingo. All it takes is dedication. I'm pretty sure all the complaints are arising from people not willing to go the extra mile. I'm enjoying my additional $200/month :)

I feel bad for those of you who had a negative experience with the program. I for one didn't have the easiest time when I first joined but it did get easier. I stuck with it and used all the resources they provided, which were many. I'm disappointed that I'm not earning as much money as they claimed but $300 a month is pretty good for working from home. If you purchased the program don't be discouraged if I can do it, trust me, you can do it too.

I must be one of the lucky ones then, although I find it hard to believe because many of my friends have also tried this program and succeeded. I'm making an extra $80 a week. Its not as much as they said I would make but its definitely helping me out. Hope my input sheds light on the other side of the coin.

I signed up for this a few days ago, I started reading the online manual which was very confusing to me. I spoke with my husband and told him I didn't think this was legit. Apparently the friend who had posted this website on her FB account had her Twitter acct hacked into, and someone had posted a bunch of these at home "work opportunities". Because she's such a great friend, I thought if this is something she's interested in, then surely this was a great deal. She posted something on her FB account yesterday telling all her friends not to go to those links and what had happened to her Twitter account. I feel violated. I cant believe this company would stoop so low as to hacking into someones Twitter account. I had already signed up for their promo price of $97, and then once I had paid for that, then another window popped up stating if you wanted to make even more money on their proven system and get help from a "Mentor", it would be an additional $210. The only way to get out of that page was to click on a button saying I was interested, rather than taking me to a page of more information, it automatically signed me up. Now I'm out $317, which we don't have. I am currently unemployed due to an auto accident, and my husband is working a job that is just enough money that we are currently living paycheck, to paycheck. So naturally this idea of working online to make money sounded amazing. I can't believe I fell for this SCAM! I'm smarter than that. Show's how desperate one can be to make a few extra bucks!
My advice to the next person, don't make the same mistake I did. I called their number to request a refund that I found on my bank statement which is 877-804-1529, but the number I called stated "If you have reached this recording, it is after our business hours, so call back tomorrow between the hours of 9am-5pm PST. It was only 11:15am MST when I called. So I know they shouldn't be closed already, not to mention tomorrow is Saturday, so if they're closed at 11:15 on a friday morning, they will certainly not be open on a saturday. Will I ever get to speak to someone to get a refund? I need my money back. I may just call my bank and have them file fraudulent charges on this company. See if I get my money back.

Thanks for the posts. Similar issue, I had replied to an ad on craiglist for a dining table and guess what? The table was not available.

However, this person named, Veronica Parfitt ([email protected]) replied:

"You know, if you're interested, I've been making really good money with this home income program and they've just opened up 2 more positions in our area. Basically you earn money by posting links online, its really easy and I just do it while watching TV.

My sister is planning to sign up later and these positions usually go fast, so Id really appreciate it if you didnt share the link with anyone else."

If there are only 2 positions available and she wants her sister to sign up, then why is she giving out this information to random strangers on craiglist who are replying to an ad to buy cheap used dining table.

SOMEONE NEEDS TO STOP THIS SCAM!

If someone would have told me, before joining OTT, that making money at home was this easy, I probably would have laughed it off and chalked it up to a scam. However, I have truly been proven wrong and am reaping all the benefits. Signing up with OTT has changed my life. Not only am I making more money on a weekly basis, but I’ve learned so much more about the internet and internet marketing. I feel as if so many doors have now been opened. I desperately needed the additional income due to a recent injury that left me unable to perform a full time job and this program has really saved me. My mentor was fantastic and really held my hand along the way. I am a very satisfied customer.
