Ordered a electronic pipe. NHaler sent me wrong product. I returned it on my own dime and they sent me what I had ordered. The product was unsatisfactory and was returned. NHaler recognized (via email) they received the return and made repairs to it. When I stated that I was not interested in the repaired product, and wanted a refund or store credit, they first stated that they don't do returns and that they would be sending the electronic pipel back to me. When I got firm, they then claimed they never received it and that the pipe they received was "mistakenly identified as mine." This is after Drew Gliem looked to see if there was a tracking number for the return I made and found out there was not, thereby completing the theft of over $200.00! The state and federal laws he has broken are many in number.
