Card Services Scam with a twist. First, they ignore do not call registry. Next, by registering as a phony telephone company in Washingon, Oregon & California, they control the following telephone exchanges: Pacific Telecom Communications group controls the following blocks of phone numbers: Area Code Exchange 206 496

425 953-8xxx Now the twist - when pressed, the person on the line, after identifying the company as "Card Services", then gave the company name of "Creative Solutions" and a business address of Gatlin Blvd, Orlando Fl. A quick search indicates that there IS a company named Creative Solutions on Gatlin Blvd in Orlando that was formed in June, 2011 by a Martin Hidalgo. It is impossible to tell at this point if this individual is connected with Steve Hamilton, the owner of Pacific Telecom Communications Group. Beware. This is a phone operation designed to fish legitimate credit card and personal info from unwary consumers.
