Pashmina International Ordered online, money taken, item not delivered Internett

From the Pashmina International website we ordered one Pashmina on 25 March 2011 for delivery in Australia. Paid by credit card, money deducted same day 25th March 2011. Order confirmation email received on 25 March 2011. 7 April 2011. Material not received, email requesting confirmation that it had been shipped sent - no response. 4 May 2011. Material still not received, email sent requesting explanation - no rresponse. 7 May 2011. No response. Called the UK telephone number on the website - number out of service
Called Australian number - fax answering only. 26 May 2011. Called telephone number again - still out of service

I have had the same experience - I ordered on 27 May 2011, credit card was billed same day and no item has turned up yet (today is 20 June 2011).
Have emailed them and it bouces back as spam - I have called the international phone number and it is not connected. I have posted a letter and had no reply.

I have also been scammed by this company - we ordered on May 17, 2011 they billed our credt card on May 18, 2011. It's now July 29th and nothing has arrived, the UK # is not in service and the US # just rings and when it says you've reached voice mail, it disconnects. I've received a refund through my credit card company.

We have had the same experience with Pashmina International Australia as the person above. Ordered a pashmina on 31/7/11 and after nearlly four weekds, it has not arrived, even though their website promises 5-14 days delivery. Have emailed them but their email address is dead. I guess we've done our money. To everyone else thinking of using their site, you have been warned!

Me too! Money taken, no replis to emails or phone number. So sad to say goodbye to my $70, but even sadder as it was supposed to be a present for my daughter. ->sigh<-

I ordered a pashmina for my bridesmaid on Sept 5 2011, thinking that it would arrive in time before my wedding at the end of Oct 2011.

By Sept 21 my order still had not arrived, so I contacted the email address provided on their website - no response.

Emailed again on Sept 29, still no response.

Wedding came and went.

Received a shipping confirmation on Nov 26, saying that my order had been shipped. #%*$*??!?!?!?!

Pashmina arrived Dec 5 2011. And they had the cheek to include a copy of the order which CLEARLY says that it was made on Sept 5. REALLY??!?!?!?! Did they have to wait for the goat to grow up or something??!?!?!

I'm sorry you were unhappy, Ilovewoolies. We emailed you on 7 Sept to notify you that the item was backordered and out of stock, and offering to exchange or refund the order if you did not want to wait. We didn't receive a notice to cancel or change the order, and so when stock came in on Friday Nov 25, we picked your order for shipping, and it went out and arrived with you Dec 5 - well within in the 5-14 shipping option you chose. We haven't had any contact from you requesting to return the item for a full refund. If you would like to send the item back to us in its original condition, we'll happily refund you the full costs.

I too ordered an iterm that I never recieved from this company. I paid through paypal so I put in a claim and got all my money back. The questionis how can a company like this be allowed to continue using a reputable company like paypal when they are obviously fradulent.
