Passions in Poetry Don't submit any poems. They will never be removed Colon, Michigan

Years ago (2000-2005) I wrote poetry on piptalk.com at the time I registered at the site (on the suggestion of a friend) and began writing poetry believing that I had the ability to remove any poems that I had written at any time. THIS IS NOT TRUE. I have asked repeatedly to have my poems removed and have been ignored by many of the moderators. It turns out that they will not delete any poems because they don't want to have to go through the database and that "you have to live and learn" with what you put out on the internet. I've sent e-mails to Ron himself asking for my account to be deleted and the poems along with them. I have never received any reply. I don't understand how hard it is to be able to delete one person's account and the poems. Its not like his system is going to crash. According to www.piptalk.com, they have over 77,000 poems a few less poems is not going to make a difference. I did get ONE person to respond to me and the reply was they don't remove poems but would be able to assist me if anyone challenged the copyright on my poetry. I am writing this because I would like to have my account deleted and poems removed (hopefully someone will see this) and to warn others to be careful what you put out on the internet.
