Passport to fun Savings ace Unwanted credit card charges Omaha , Nebraska
2nd of Jun, 2011 by User231829
While making flight reservations with Travelocity, a pop up box appeared that alledged eligibility for a $19.95 free rebate, which is the exact amount of the Travelocity fee for booking travel. Once the box is clicked "OK", your credit card is charged $19.95. They got me twice with the two different company names with one click, and refused to refund my fees. Travelocity said they had no control over this and could not help with a refund, although they did offer me a $25 discount on future travel (with many restrictions).
