this is my conversation, with their support staff, after they refused my order, and i opened a thread about clearing up this problem, look what happened very unproffesional and frustrating staff i must say.

please read this company is terrible.

Unfortunately we will be unable to process any more payments from you or your customer account. The reasoning behind this is we have found information to believe that your orders are possibly high risk and unsafe to process.

why didn't you call me but cancelled the order immediately?
again what do i need to provide?
i was suggested this site by a friend who said you offer fast service, the only reason i thought i would try is as I live outside the US and finding resellers here in my country is a reapoff for the price they put for the cards.

oh really? are you kidding me or what?
should i contact my bank tomorrow and tell them you don't like to accept my card payments because my orders are possibly high risk and unsafe to process?
can we find a solution here, i can pay tomorrow with paypal, credit card
but i will not tolerate this. and please stop closing the discussion, its clear i did not find a solution.

Please be aware Pcgamesupply.com does not officially charge credit cards or Paypal accounts until your order has been approved and delivered. As your order was canceled we have not charged your credit card or Paypal account.
You will notice a pending or pre authorized payment on your bank/paypal statement, note this is not an official charge and will be removed within 3-5 business days.
If you have any questions concerning the pending or pre authorized charge on your statement please contact your bank or credit card.

Yes, this is true, do not shopping anything on PCGameSupply.com site, because they are SCAMMERS !!!
They are cancelling your order without any reason, but the amount are deducted immediately from your bank card.
Then your money will not be returned for a month, they are blocked your money!! |
