pepper cash is a scam they issue you a loan with out any loan agreement signed andthe reps that you speak to do not have any respect, There are hispanic that can not speak good english and the manager spoke to by the name of chris jackson is a lier. please do not take out a loan with this company....... They didnt even verify if the information on my loan application was me at all. I had over 700 dollars taken out of my acct and they are not going to give the money back, i spoke to a rep names Latiesha Brown and Adriana Gomez, very unproffesional, one of the reps speak broken enlgish and is very rude the other you can understand her word...... please please do not get a payday loan here....... there are other companies that are cheaper and will not scam you

| I just had the same issue. I had applied for a loan with them and signed an application, NOT an agreement loan. They called me, told me the fees, I declined. The next day the cash popped up in my account. I decided to just accept the loan with the thought that I was paying them back with a pay-period deduction of 175 until they got their 500, plus 175 fee. 4 payments and $700 later I called them and asked them why the extra money was taken out for a 675 payback. They told me I wasn't paying on my loan and that all 700 was fees!!! I still owed them the 500 loan amount. I told them I was NOT paying them 1200 for a 500 loan when I didnt agree to it in the first place. The staff was rude, refused to help. I spoke to the manager, he was rude and basically said pay it or I'm throwing your account in collections, They are not attempting to take another 675 from my account or are threatening to put me into collections. They are being reported and taken to small claims court. |

Musicintuition68 I have the exact same problem, I got a $300 from them and so far they have taken $495 out of my account and I called them and asked them whey were still taking money out of my account and they told me that those were finance charges that I was suppose to call them and tell them to take all of the money out in one lump sum. I told them That no one told me that and that I had asked the person on the phone if they were going to take $370 out of my accout on my pay date and he said yes. I did not know I hat to call and tell them so I asked them okay then how much do I owe you and he said $400 and I said thats BS... good luck at getting that other $405. I hate I ever delt with them I am going on every scam page online and report them and if I have to I will take them to court. |

Don't be stupid... If you took a loan in pepper cash was because you applied and needed the loan but you NEVER read the agreement and now you complain shit, also if they wanted to make a demand for your words here they would do it.
