i made a purchase from on saturday, february 19, 2011 totaling $1158.99. I paid for rush processing which was supposed to take 3-4 weeks. This is now the 6th week and I still haven't got any answers. I continue to call and get either someone by the name of Amber or Charlotte who don't have any answers. I asked to speak to a manager but no one can get one. My sister and I called on the 21st to check the status of the order Charlotte told us that it was in processing and that a tracking number would be issued by that Tuesday, then issued a ticket for the call requesting someone get back to us. When we checked on Tuesday not only was there no tracking number but there was also no reply to the ticket she had issued from our discussion. Each and every time I call I get the same response.. "it is in processing". Other than that there is nothing else they can say. So now I have 4 tickets out there with no response to any of them. Today I called to check the status because.. once again this is the 6th week and she says the same exact thing.. It is in processing. That it takes 3-4 weeks to make and then a week in quality control. So, that means it should be in quality control.. is there someone I can speak to there? Of course not. This whole experience has not been a good one!! Not at all!! I am about ready to drive there for answers and my units.. oh yea.. did I tell you the best part.. if I cancel the order because of their mistake it is going to cost me a 50% restocking fee!! Restocking fee?? it isn't even there yet? So ladies.. if you want an excellent product worth every penny you spend don't bother ordering from here. Instead go to That is where I should have gone in the first place!! Instead, I thought I was getting something special and ended up just getting pissed!!

Do not order from Pink Lace Wigs. I ordered a wig from them in May 2011. Amount of product was $314.00
and I requested overnight shipping which was another $31.99 total $345.99. I was told by Charlotte, the wig was in stock. I gave my financial infromation and I was happy thinking I would have this lovely lace wig in a couple of days! Oh my goodness! in a matter of minutes, I received an e-mail from Pink Lace wigs, the unit is out of stock and it will take up to 45 days before I will get the wig I ordered. Well, Ladies, it is now August 3, 2011. No wig and no money. Calls, e-mails, their chat line has been to no avail. I strongly advise all of you wonderful consumers out there to purchase a wig somewhere else. Don't go through what I am going through now. Very unhappy in Arizona

Pink lace wigs is the worse company I have ever delt with. The customer service is terrible and plus they will lie to the consumer. How this company manages to stay in business is amazing. The customer service staff will send the customer demeaning e-mails and accuse the customer of lying. DC attorney's office suggested I call my bank to inform them, I never recieved the product. Bank suggested I let them send me a new debit card. Hopefully my account will be reimbursed for the full amount. Stay away from Pink Lace wigs PLEASE!!! NOTHING BUT TROUBLE Phoenix, Arizona
