First we take our consumer relationships very seriously... this said, we could not find any documentation from anyone on or around October 2011 notifying us of a product complaint or quality issue.

All of our products are BioScreen tested by a independent third party... since we also have a 100% satisfaction policy (see website) and certainly would like to hear directly your experience, please send an email directly to: [email protected]

After talking with Law Enforcement, we have asked this website to remove the individual name from your posting.

Well we asked "scam informer" and posted the above and have yet to receive and reply or feedback... it looks like the scam here is this website as it is failing at giving REAL consumer information and providing REAL accountability.

USER855227 appears to be a competitor hoping to bad rap our product then a real person but this said it is shameful for a blog site to operate as an "absentee web".
