We purchased 3 Air Water Generators model c21 and got ripped off! This company refused to send us repair parts under warranty, and gave us one excuse after another and dragged this matter on for almost a year. Since we are in Saudi Arabia, they figured they will get away with it. This conpany has made false claims about their equipment quality and their promises of support. Beware of dealing with this company. We have written proof of their dishonesty, and if anyone wants it to support their legal claim of how dishonest these people are, just ask us.

Dear Consumer,

As the founder of Planets Purest Water™ Corp. (“PPW”) it is important to address statements such as these that possibly affect our companies’ credibility and understand there is not a major company that is distributing, manufacturing and/or retailing product(s) that does not have an unhappy consumer. We have this hostile attack on us, yet on the other hand, we have a magnitude of testimonials from very happy distributors & customers.

It is unfortunate this consumer does not mention the many efforts put forth to make him happy, nor the fact that his original unit was replaced “free of charge” which he was still not satisfied with so we then sent another new released unit. Nor is it mentioned that we took away his representative rights for Saudi Arabia for non performance which may be adding to the continual hostile verbiage and aggressive manner of attacks against PPW.

Our board feels this is a severe attack on every level of our business, bordering on Restraint of Trade, slander, liable and other violations of US & international laws protecting companies from such attacks. The fact PPW is a Non Publicly traded company and this consumer is stating financial facts of our company with no possible way of knowing our financials, should be a common sense conclusion.

It is our sincere hopes that consumers understand that PPW is a well established company, having its own brand names with no links to other atmospheric H20 companies, nor their products.
