I woke up at 8am to check my to see if my direct deposit was in my account. I notice that there was a charge from Platinum Service 8009728094. I called my bank card and they told me to contact the place that took my money, and they couldn't do anything else. It took 1 hour to find this place. I found it I called it I told them I want my money, I did not authorize the charges. Platinum Service told me that that I did open the account but they refused to say when...I never heard of this place, I do not know how they got my information. He said that he "canceled" the membership, but there is no refund...I tried to explain to him, that I did not authorize nor I do not have a membership. He then asked me to verify my information and I did, and he said that there was account open in my name...I do not know what to do...I canceled it....I'm outstanding upset, how and when did they get the information? The representative from Platinum Service preceded to tell me that I ordered the services through Freedom Works loan, again I told him I did not know what he was talking about, he cancel my membership but refused to reimburse me for the $99.95 fee. My bank card personal people kept telling to do this and that and they can't do that...I'm troubled, confused, and really upset...scamS, I didn't order anything and I don't know anything about them...they are hawks, greedy hawks, who in fact just sit around, and maybe hack and steal identities or something...I don't know I all I know is that I didn't do anything and they won't give me my money....I would hate for a lawyer to get involved because its way nastier than just giving me my money back....?
