Unlicensed, uninsured renovator +lies

Brian hedmann of power-can gave me a $50000 mortgage and when I couldn't come up with a renovator with a written quote, he pressured me to take Joe Ricupero of RRS Contracting, RCON Construction, an unlicensed, uninsured individual who performed unlicensed plumbing and electrical services on my house.
Yesterday evening a licensed electrical contractor came by and showed me the live wires Joe left in the basement and he told me that my house is now a death trap for me and my tenants and would require $3000 to fix. I also had a major flood in my house due to plumbing problems and that took Joe 4 months to fix after he finally got a licensed plumber. Brian came by for a home inspection last Saturday, a year after the job started and he still wanted Joe to come and finish the painting and connect up the ventilation system for the stove. I told Brian that neither I nor the tenant like Joe. Is he a partner with Joe. See all the ripoff reports for Joe on the internet.
Also Brian told me that he would pay off my VISA, which he did not and the bank had to give me a loan.
