I was charged for an item I did not receive
3rd of Jul, 2011 by I was Ripped Off too
On May 7, 2011, I placed an order with Premier Sewing, Lawrenceville, GA online for a Sew Steady Table Bernina 100-190 18 X 24 SKU: PSMDT-B-21, Bulb Bernina 120-190 12 volt 5 watt SKU:0075355000, and Bulb Babylock and Singer 14U Sergers SKU:418G10101A. On May 27, 2011, I received the two light bulbs with no further explanation of when to expect my Sew Steady Table. I tried to call Larry at Premier Sewing, and left a message. I received no response. Since then, I have called and emailed numerous times trying to see when I might expect my Sew Steady Table. To date, I have received no response or the product. I used my credit card to pay for these items and expected to receive my Sew Steady Table. On June 25, 2011, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, in hopes of trying to get my money back.
I am out $71.52 for the Sew Steady Table.
