Prime Outsourcing Inc
Prime Outsourcing Inc. misleading, dishonest Metro Manila, Philippines Internet

I was contacted by Prime Outsourcing on an internet forum. They offered to build my website for a start up company I founded. After discussing my needs, they quoted me $500.00 to build out 3 websites. They stated they would need about one week to finish them. I decided to move ahead with one website first, I was assigned an employee whom they stated would work 8 hours a day on my project until completion. I expected it finished in 2 or 3 days. After 2 weeks of back and forth emails and after paying $98.00 to create my website. They sent me a screen shot and stated that I would need to pay for "the coding". This was the first time I had ever heard "coding" from them. I was tol that I pretty much paid $98 USD to receive a picture of what my website could look like. I was infuriated by their deceptive practice but decided to send another $98 to move forward as I was on a deadline. After over a month I received a template type website that was not built correctly. I stated to them that the website was hideous, and that they needed to make the website W3 compliant because the jquery file and html were very disorganized. I never even received a courtesy email back from them. Calling them gets you no where either. The man that worked on my project was Brayan. The woman whom covered for their deceptive practices was Joan. Be careful dealing with these people is all I have to say. PS Other issues I had to endure with these people. They would take 24 hours, to respond to an email. Even though they were supposedly working on my project only. Brayan would also work extremely slowly even though they promised THREE simple 5 page websites in a week. At one point no one would respond to my emails until I contacted the corporate office. They stated that Brayan was out of the office due to an emergency. He conveniently sent over a revison the next day saying they were done and that there would be no more revisions. Very unprofessional company, I would love to hear about who else they've scammed.

Way back, this company offered me a job as a writer, and I accepted it. I've worked for them for a month, but then I didn't want pursue the employment anymore because their system and office are in poor condition. The management is very uncompetitive too. And with all the hard work I've done for them, they didn't give my back pay. Contacting them was useless either. They never answer my phone calls, and not even my messages. I think there was even a time that they canceled my call.
All in all, you're right! I believe this company is not supposed to be a company--it ruins the reputation of its nation.

Hi, im a freelance web designer and i just bumped in to this thread. But... i would certainly not build 3 websites for 500 bucks in just 1 week...

Do you have any idea how much a single site cost? and how long does it take to build? and you said that you only have 1 designer?

I dont blame anyone for this matter but personally i think your'e kinda lucky to found a deal this cheap.
Man, , 98 bucks and they would code you your site? My single gallery would cost you more than that dude.

Maybe there's something wrong with you as well, because i only have this type of problem when my client fails to send me all the information that he wants for his website.
i don;t have any intention of hurting you nor the other parties feeling... i mean, im just saying

Anyway good luck on your site man,

oh and winter, i dont think that staying in a company for 1 month will be enough to prove that you have showed the company your best.. i mean what did you do for a month? have you even finished a single project?

i will not be surprised if wont get this *backpay* of yours ... i mean how much will you get for working in a company for 30 days man...

I am not in favor of this company but come on!!! how cheap can you get?

Good luck to you as well... im pretty sure you will find a company that can see through all your hard work for 30 days..

@winter
A month? Is that what your contract says? I think 5 months is the minimum. The companies I've worked for before offered me atleast 6months. So are you saying you just left without notice?.. and even have the guts to ask for money. Were you even able to finish your project/s?

Before you got the job offer, I'm sure you've already been to their office at least once (for an interview/exam).
You were completely aware of their office condition. Yet, you accepted the job. You even worked for a "month". And now you're saying you left because you don't like the place. That's just plain stupid.

@User517819
How many revisions did you asked before they told you "were done and no more revisions"?
Did you discuss your needs thoroughly? I for one won't work on 3 websites for just $500. That's way too cheap man!

What I see here is this:
You told them that you're needs were simple. Too simple that they quoted only $500 for 3sites.
You omitted some facts during your discussion. Some clients do this so they can ask for a lower price.
Then, when the designer is already into it they will ask for a bunch of stuffs beyond what is discussed.
..will ask for revisions making the progress slower.

Things you need to learn:
1. mock up - this is an image of what you're site would look like. (what you referred to as screen shot)
this is the right time to ask for changes. ie, color of navigation or changing of the word "contact" to "contact us"

2. coding - I like to call it conversion. once you approve the design mock up, it will then be converted to html/css. pretty much what a live site would look and feel like. except that it isn't yet place into the server and be accessed publicly.

from these 2, do you see why they sent you the screen shot first and the html files after?
it would be a pain if after conversion you'll say "I don't like it. Please, make this one like this. this part like this.. and so forth. Like I said, if you have the html files you already have the website itself. So what if they gave it you and you just ran away with it?

I don't consider websites to be simple if there's interactivity in it. And you saying there's jquery. and for $98..
That's wow cheap! How did you validated their codes to say they weren't w3c compliant anyway? You can't just say they're disorganized.. hope to see your site running so I can tell if it's compliant or not.

In case you're wondering, I've been designing websites for 3years now. That's why I can relate to your designer and was able to educate you.
