Prime-Resume They FAIL to deliver my order on time and REFUSE to refund my money and BROKE their promise!! 100% unprofessional !!! Internet

I ordered their resume writing service few weeks ago. I have to warn you DO NOT order their service!!! They are totally unprofessional!! 1. The new resume looks like the old one I uploaded to them, but I ordered "Resume writing" not resume editing. The writer just copy & paste to another ugly format of Word file. 2. The format of new resume is extremely ugly, disordered. The writer put the title on the end of last sentence. 3. The writer never response to your message. 4. They do not deliver my full order (resume, cover letter, thank you/follow-up letter) on time. You know what the worst part is? I haven't received my full order yet!! It's been so so so many days...... 5. According to their website, if they fail to deliver your order on time they will refund you 10% per day. BUT When you request a refund, they will reply and say "oh, it's a mistake, We do not provide more than 20% refund " 6. They say you can get support 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. BUT when you call their tool free number or live support, the agent always say "we are just call center; we can't handle this issue; you have to contact the owner etc." Totally unhelpful. 7. When you got owner's email from "call center" (Right, the call center even don't know the owner's phone), you start sending and replying emails regarding you complaints and refund request. It will last FOREVER and get NOTHING!! 8. They say they can revise your resume FREE, BUT trust me, you won't expect them to do it better once you receive your new resume from the writer. 9. All their contact media were GMAIL account, no owner's name, no phone number, no company address. 10. I am not an English native speaker, but I do less typos and grammar errors than the writer. I am still working on my refund request. Wish me luck with that. DO NOT order their service!! TRUST ME!! It's NOT worthy!!
