Proff Paint Co. LLC Owner - Buddy Reifsneider Scammed a children's non-profit. Promised to provide donations instead opened unauthorized bank account

My 21 year old children's non-profit was approached by Lance Williams, aka Alan Williams in the Spring of 2011, claiming to be working on behalf of Buddy Reifsneider owner of Proff Paint Co. LLC. and propositioned me with an offer to have my personal expenses covered and donations from clients directed to my company if I appointed him/Lance Alan Williams CFO and allowed him to conduct a cross marketing promotional campaign. I recently found out that Lance Williams -aka- Alan Williams opened unauthorized bank accounts in my company name, closing such with outstanding overdraft debt owed to one of the banks. Additionally, this team used my business tax ID to purchase over $150,000 worth of Apple iPads running unaccounted for cash through the accounts, closing the accounts with outstanding debt. None of the products purchased with the company tax ID, was ever received by the company. Further, none of the large donations that were promised were ever received by the company. Lance Williams -aka- Alan Williams has disappeared and cannot be found. When I contacted Buddy Reifsneider owner of Proff Paint Co. LLC, about this matter, he verbally cursed me out, calling me stupid for trusting them and basically told me to go F**K myself! These boys are really good con-artists and the public needs to know that they premeditated this plan and have left a children's non-profit facing eviction. Liars, Cheats and Thieves!

The claims that Proff Paint Co. did anything wrong are untrue.

The owners of Proff Paint Co. did not authorize or make a charitable donation to this agency.
Alan Williams is not associated with Proff Paint Co. and had no authority to speak on behalf of Proff Paint Co.
It's curious that the author of this negative posting about Proff Paint Co doesn't name his charity and does not provide his contact information. That appears on the surface to be a scam.

Proff Paint Co. is a reputatble painting company and has spent 12 years building a fine reputation throughout Colorado. Proff Paint Co. is a company that owners can trust. The damages done by this kind of posting are exponential. This posting is a violation of the rights of Proff Paint Co.
