Property Management Professionals, inc Did an application at realty office to see if im approved and they took my security deposit with out my permis

I went to florida from nj to look into renting a house, i dealt with this real estate company and saw a house i was interested in. I paid the 60 dollars for and application fee to see if i was approved. I looked into the cost of living for that house and the electric company wanted $600 deposit and said the average bill is 300 a month. Found out they took my $900 security deposit and i called to tell them that the house is out of my budget, they replied that there is no backing out and i wont get my deposit back(mind you that i DID NOT SIGN A LEASE) I said then at least help me out and find another house we can put that money towards. They said no and that i am out 900 dollars. These crooks didnt do anything not even tour of the house , they gave me the combination and i had to tour my self around the house. This world is getting so desperate now, that more and more people are ripping people off. The best part is if i called them everyday saying i want my money back they can get me for harrasment after stealing my money! What a world we live in!
