In their website they advertise non plagiarised dissertation writing service so I ordered my MA dissertation in May 2009 to have it ready by July 2009(order number:41009533). I sent them my dissertation proposal, the topic and instructions how to go about with the dissertation, which had to be 15000 words in length. I asked them to sent me copies of the work as they go along because I wanted to see whether the writer was on the right track and the work up to the standard. They never did that but when I contacted them in July to ask what was going on they told me that I would get the dissertation soon. It was sent to me the next day and I literally went crazy when I read it; the piece they sent me had absolutely nothing to do with my order. I had ordered a topic on torture by the Bush administration and what they sent me was a high school level work on middle east policy. I sent them an email reiterating my order and my expectations and they promised they would amend the work. The second work they sent me was the same thing; I complained many times and they kept "amending" the work which had absolutely nothing to do with an MA level dissertation or with the topic I'd asked for. It became clear to me that they were completely unable to offer me the service I had paid for when I ordered it. They would simply copy and paste from websites without any references at all; I told them that if I submitted such a piece of work I would be thrown out of Uni for plagiarism. Then in another "amendment" they put references in some paragraphs that had nothing to do with the work. I asked them to give me my money back as they were completely incompetent to carry out the work I had assigned them and I had paid for; they finally agreed to give me back 40% of my money but as of today I am still waiting for it. I have all the pieces of work they sent me and all our correspondence in case you need any proof of what I am saying.
