Qualtech Computer Services Mr. Qualtech
19th of Nov, 2010 by User674332
Hello all of those whom decide to read this. I would like to educate as well as help others from becoming victims of Mr. Qualtech "AKA" Philip Gordon of Diamond Barr Phil is a very interesting person, he always has computers on hand and parts on hand at all times 3 years ago now I 1st met Mr. Qualtech "PHILIP" and I sold him a Dell studio xps 16 computer valued over 1500.00 and due to the position I was in I needed the $$ and Phil had $$ in hand I ended up allowing him to talk me down quite a bit and I ended up selling my computer to him for 700.00 which was a real buzz kill. Phil knew my situation and he took unfair advantage of the fact I needed money. But that aside I decided to keep a working relationship with him all these years and during that time I have known him to prey upon those who are cash strapped and desperate and he also has taken unfair advantage of the situation just as he originally did to me. Phil's very good at talking people down in their price, I'd even think he could probably end up talking a car dealer down to pennies on the dollar for a brand new car. with that said he's very good at what he does. For the last couple days or so I was working on a deal with Phil to get a nice dell laptop from him, he purchased it used from a man whom was in my situation 3 years ago and much like with myself Phil ended up only paying this man 700.00 for his computer. Phil and I were talking and we came to the conclusion that id trade him my Gateway laptop valued at $750.00 and 225.00 in cash and that id let him keep one of the Dell's hard drives since it had two hard drives. and we had a deal. I handed over my gateway computer today along with the 225.00 in cash and he handed me the box with the dell and I was on my way. less than 5 minutes after I left his home less than 1 block away he calls me freaking out demanding more money telling me that he thought he was getting paid 450 plus the gateway computer and he was demanding his dell back. I of course granted his request of returning his dell all though I was under no legal obligation to do so, I just wanted to avoid any problems. But Mr. Qualtech should be avoided at all costs he isnt a man of his word, and he can not be trusted. I even know Phil to deal in pirated 'illegal' computer software... If you have had your computer serviced by him you should have it evaluated by a professional as it may contain counterfit software. All I have to say is buyer/seller beware.. Mr. Qualtech likes to think he's a shark but in reality he's a bottom feeder whom works out of his garage nothing more... Oh, Phil if your reading this you should have kept your word as I always kept my word to you even though it pissed me off and more than not it was always unfair. But I never complained or whined or bitched like a little girl after the deals I made with you went through..
