I worked for this company for approximately 3 weeks. First as receptionist, then as loan processor, then as loan officer. They required me to do telemarketing - which was not what I was hired to do. I worked many hours. Then, I was told I would go to Loan Officer on commission but I would be paid for my previous work. I was told I would get a paycheck on April 1 - which did not happen. All of us in the company at the time were told we would all go on Salary at the beginning of April. To my knowledge, everyone (other than one person) have all been fired or quit from lack of pay. I want to get my three weeks of pay and a lot of other people did not get paid as well. Please advise me as to the next course of action I can take.

As you can clearly see the established rebuttals that were placed are infact one of the listed parties above. They will hire you on with a gaurentee that you will be paid hourly and commission for your efforst and then not pay you. They obtain NOD/NOS list illigally and expect you to call these people for business.
