quickbooks intuit bad program and bad support Internet |

Last week our numbers were wrong for our W2's. It took 2 days...one hangup and several non English speaking representatives before problem was resolved. Today we noticed a check was not showing in our vendor account, but if we used control F, we could see the check. The account was reconciled so where did this ck go? How many moreare missing? After hours of waiting again on the phone we are now being told we have to pay $24.95 for support!!
This program is constantly having problems, customer service has always been bad...we are leaving quickbooks and looking for another accounting program. Do not rely on this program to do your income tax because it will be wrong!
I also have to say to intuit.......Thanks for employing overseas personnel verses supporting the USA! Way to go.....hope you go bankrupt!

Just like to echo the same sentiments. Installed QuickBooks Pro 2011 and discovered that a function within the program (Loan Manager) does not work. Contacted tech support and was told that was not supported under the standard customer support agreement and I would have to pay for help to resolve the problem, I find this a rather ridiculous circumstance given that this is a function of the base system. Not only that, but every representative I spoke with (and I spoke to three different people before they finely just blew me off because I wouldn't pay for support) could barely speak English and gave me the distinct feeling they could care less about my problem. I know QuickBooks has unfortunately become the "standard" accounting package for most small businesses, but this is one business that has finally grown tried of being held hostage to their nickel and dime approach to bleeding their customers. I know all the CPA's and tax pros want you to use QuickBooks, but I find it really sad that we has clients have so little value to Intuit. |
