| I was checking my bank account online and saw a $74.95 overdraft and an overdraft fee and a $ .60 international ATM fee!!!!!! There were two withdrawals of $74.95 from, I thought, two different companies until I realized that RL stood for radialabs. I am really ticked off. I did not order anything, receive anything, or authorize these funds deleted from my account. Now I have to change my bank card number, so these a__holes don't get another dime from me. I found a phone number, and intend to use it to complain, try to get my money back, and report them to authorities. I mean, that's almost $200!!!!! If there is a class action lawsuit going on anywhere, add me in !!!! |

I have just noticed a charge off my Visa for 74.04. I have not ordered any products and want this amount refunded to my account immediately. I will not be ordering any products and I have not received any products.

I'm sorry to say it, but I also have been duped by this company. £69.95 was taken from my account in May 2011 and another £69.95 has been taken from my account this month, July 2011 and yet I did not order any products nor have I received any products from them.
I don't know what to do about it! Has any one got any ideas? Has anyone actually got any money back from this company. It's all very well changing my card number but what about the money already taken ie £139. 90 in total.
This company is practising FRAUD at a major level!!! They have, they are, and will continue to get away with a Federal Crime
I am a pensioner (in England), and I receive less than this amount to feed, clothe and shelter myself on a month to month basis. I wish I could afford beauty treatments, but I am not a major celebrity, I do not live in Hollywood, neither do I drive around in a flash car, nor live in a mansion with servants.
My bank balance is overdrawn and I have no way of recouping £139.90 to pay the balance back. I will be incurring overdraft fees and interest on the amount, it would appear, for the rest of my life. There must be something I can do.
The Debit is shown on my account originating from RLSkincare080001248888043579. Does anyone have their Phone number or email account number? Thank you. |

| I live in the U.K. I bought a sample product back in feb 2011. They have just helped themselves to £69.95 out of my bank account on the 17th of jut. I too am not happy. |

| Same happened to me on 13 July 69.95 taken from my account my bank are contacting them on my behalf to arrange a repayment as a pensioner I can't afford to lose this amount every month |

| The ad was misleading, first you are charged for the delivery of the trial, after the 30 day period you are charged for the trial item, the next charge is for an ongoing order which they ship out every thirty days. You can call their customer service at 888-804-3579, they will cancel your account immediately. |

| I have also been had by this company, I have been onto my bank and unfortunately I can't change my card as these people can still use the first 12 numbers of your card, all my bank can do is write to this company and cancel them taking any more money out of my account. Hope this works? |

| I too thought I was requesting a free sample a few weeks ago which I paid £5.95 for (for postage). Did not receive this sample and today received my Bank statement to see they had been paid £69.95 without my agreeing to purchase anything from them. Which obviously we are not going to receive and I can't afford anyway!! Can't find a phone number. HELP |

I too have been conned just like everyone above. I have had two payments taken out of my bank account and I didnt order anything or recieve anything.
I am going to my bank in the morning to see if they can help get my money back.
If anyone has any information or telephone numbers that will assist in stopping these thieves please post it. |

| i have just received my bank statement and found that 2 payments of 69.95 has been charged to my account...i paid £5.95 (postage for a free sample) no returns details in the package, no contact number either...called my bank but the can't do anything until i get in touch with this company...HELP...does anyone know how to get in touch with them please |

| I have tried phoning the number that Ny3kdb and was able to get through by dialling 001-888-804-3579 but unfortunately it was out of office hours so intend calling them on monday once they are open again...will keep you informed of my progress if any |
