I was told by an agent that many people were interested and a time would be set up to show my home. My home was NEVER SHOWN to prospective tenants. I could never enter their website to contact them.

There was ALWAYS some previous appointments that an agent had to keep. For example: going out of town, attending a funeral...I would ALWAYS have to call their office to receive a status or update. They didn't even have the courtesy of returning the keys to my home. A very, very dishonest business.
