For anyone wanting to file charges on RECORDS REMOVAL SERVICES because youo are one of the many that they have ripped off call the Hyden Police Dept at 606-672-2300 or look up the state police phone number for their post in Leslie County. Tell them you want to file charges against Jordan N Palmer and Nancy Couch-Bowling...Her name is actually Nancy Couch. Jordan Palmers Date of Birth is September 7, 1976 Nancy Couch's Date of Birth is June 8th, 1958. Their address is 181 Old Mill Dr. P.O. Box 676 for Jordan Palmer and 222 Old Mill Rd. P.O. Box 677. They are fraudulently extorting money under the guise of a legitimate business called Records Removal Services. Tell the police that you want to file charges on them for Theft by Deception K.R.S. 514.040 23300 or 23301. That is the Kentucky Statute for theft by deception. Also tell them that you want to file charges for credit card theft! The only way these idiots are going to be stopped is to pursue the issue! I got all their information from Law Enforcement! I had their names ran and got the information from NCIC which is a national Crime Information Computer. Jordan Plamer legally changed his name; however, it is either Jordan N Palmer or Jordan B Plamer. I am not sure if he deviated from Jordan and Palmer.
