Geneticly defective dogs

I purchased an 1800.00 Pom from Red Hot Poms Cynthia stickler in roseburg Oregon... She advertised her as a show prospect and a asset to a breeding program . This poor little dog is a hermaphrodite and has grade 3 patellas. When I contacted Cynthia she told me she had seen ths before nd it would cure itself with first heat and she was to lung to grade her patellas.. What a bunch of bs! She has definitely seen it before because this is not the only dog she has sold with genetic defects.. She has been nothing but rude and has no intentions to make the dog good. I would warn anyone of urchasing a dog from this breeder!!
