Red Rock Financial Services Homeowners Association Collection Agency Due process denied, excessive fees, heavy handed Reno, Nevada

Red Rock Financial Services placed a lien against my home because of a $78.00 debt due to my homeowners association, Eagle Canyon Homeowners Association. The total lien was in excess of $600 based on additional fees, penalties, whatever. To date, I have not received accounting for the fees and was really shocked to learn of the additional fees and the lien. Wow, process is scary. Nothing sent certified mail!!! I found out because I was cleaning out my purse and came across bill by mistake and made a phone call... YIKES.

I agree Redrock Financial Services is totally a "Scam". I took the time and diligence to follow all suggestions such as writing to the HOA and today a bill that was originally $192.00 is now over $600.00. I too did not receive any certified letters etc...Redrock Financial Services suggested I write the HOA 1st and today I spoke to a Supervisor who informed me a lien had been placed on the home...Unbelievable..
This Company needs to be investigated this is a huge "Scam"

I had to deal with Red Rock financial services and at first they were a little abrupt about the whole situation, but in the end they did go out of there way to help me. And that is saying alot for a collection agency!!!
