I bought a motor from these crooks for $3,100 trusting their word that the milage on the motor was 32,000. 'A J' the manager assured me the motor was bought at auction, and they are very strict about true milage, and would not send any motor that was not verified. I ask for documentation to be emailed to me, and 'A J' said, "No problem". After recieving no email i called back and 'A J' said the motor was shipped and the milage verification would be sent with the motor. The motor did not arrive on time, had rust, corrotion, and oil on motor. I payed $50 to run the VIN # through Carfax and found the motor has over 157,000 miles on it!!! I was so excited to get this car running for my daughter that turns 16 next month.. now i am so crushed.. this place has zero soul and is in for some real bad karma. Do not do buiness with Region Auto Parts!!! They are dishonest crooks!!! |

I bought an engine from Regions in June 2011. Their agent "Alex" repeatedly lied to me, and referred to their "warehouse" and their "dock" shipping it out. When the engine arrived two weeks late, it was barely on the pallet, had no compression in #5 cylinder, (V6), and cost me a $600.00 repair bill. I called "Alex", who promised, as before that his Manager would call me at a specific time - NO CALL EVER., and must have ID'd my number, since they would no longer answer my nor my mechanic's calls -
These people are crooks - BUY NOTHING FROM THEM ! |

Regions Auto Parts is a scam and the owner and manager Juan A Santealla is a snake.
He has no balls so he pays his minions to lie, cheat and steal for him.
Juan the snake won't call you and discuss your problem because he hides behind his ho Maria Nobregas, who does his dirty work for him.
Give juan the snake a call at his home # and let him know how you really feel about Regions.
