Reliance 1st Capital WORSE COMPANY TO EVER DEAL WITH!! Charlotte, North Carolina

Since July 5 2011 we have been dealing with EVERY SINGLE SOLITARY EXCUSE AND DELAYS AND DELAYS. My credit is not all that great due to things that have happened to me WAY BEYOND MY CONTROL. This company Malinda Azie Mortage Anaylist told me and my husband a few times not to bother paying for August payment that we should be approved within 2 weeks. 3 weeks later we get the appraisal done at $400 (way beyond most appraisals in our area charge). Malinda Azie told my husband that this would not be paid for until closing time. NOT TRUE. She said it would be 350 at that time. They took out $400 and then she continues to lie to us. We finally got fed up after a few weeks of not hearing from Malinda and I called to talk to her supervisor Since then the underwriters have been wanting everything under the sun!!! I have children from my first marriage that divorce was final 13 YEARS AGO! Has nothing to do with refinancing this house. I HAVE NEVER EVER NOR MY HUBBY EVER BEEN LATE on mtg, rent. Until we dealt with this horrible company. I have read where so many people have gone through the very same thing after the fact. Now I have gotten 3 letters from my now present lender and my mtg is in default. The latest thing is that they needed to see that I am not paying child support. My yougest is now married and expecting their first child in Nov. I get a copy of that for them from the state that I used to reside in. NOW they wanted a copy of my divorce decree showing that they needed to see that I do not pay alimony. ANYONE WITH THEIR RIGHT MIND knows that if one remarries you do not get alimony. At the time I divorce alimony in NC was not a given right. I sent them a copy just that part showing that I was not given alimony, nor paying alimony, signed judge's signature, showing that it was a copy of the true copy. Then I get a call that the underwriters want the ENTIRE DIVORCE DECREE. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH REFINANCING ANYTHING. I AM TOLD THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO BREAK MY RIGHTS TO CONSUMER PRIVACY. I AM SO FED UP. THEY COME UP WITH EVERY LAIM EXCUSE OVER AND OVER AGAIN FOR THE PAST 12 SOLID WEEKS. I HAVE STRESSED OUT SO MUCH OVER THIS AND BECAUSE OF THEM I AM LATE ON MY MTG AND THEY ARE CHARGING ME NOW OVER 3200 INSTEAD OF 1412 FOR MY PAYMENT. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH EVERYONE AND SEEKIGN LEGAL ACTION TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES THAT THEY HAVE CAUSED US.
