Reliant Group aka Fidelity Capital Joe Sherman, Caskie Collet, Paul Johnson Does not pay investor distributions, will not answer questions or respond

I am invested in the Reliant Group's fund... (aka and now known as Fidelity Capital)... through a Trust. They sent out letters that our distributions were sent out, but I haven't actually received them. I contacted them many times to no avail to get our distribution, but no answer to my questions as to why we didn't receive them, and noone will speak about what has happened. I've asked other questions numerous times and no one will speak to investors. Noone will answer my basic questions. I now fear it is a Ponzi scheme and/or that they are bankrupt... where are investor funds? I am now contacting other investors in the fund so we can share notes (and hopefully the cost of an attorney) STAY AWAY FROM THIS FUND AND THE VARIOUS PEOPLE MENTIONED HERE... MORE SOON.
